The corn cobs cracked on the
Hot coal grill,

While the young nymphet cracked
Her gum loudly against her cheek.

Acted obscenely by Johnson,

Across the room. While
Mascara-eyed women chased tumblers

With cigarettes and lipstick applications.
Dimitri and Dave prepared their zucchini loaves,

And offered Mescal in opaque glasses
Stolen from a Mexican in Tijuana.

As the noon light fell to the dank
Setting sun, mosquitoes nipped at the

Nymphets cream thighs, then satisfied
Flew drunkenly into the blue light.

Zap zap pop snapple crack,
Buzzing relinquished life.

We count the friend flys flicked
From the trap to the concrete.

Dave and the Yams pulled out four-tracks
Singling loudly into the night, as the
Recordings drone out our conversations.
