Today I wanted to take the “Change your point of view. Make a photograph from an unusual point of view today.” as serious as possible. After dinner, I put my daughter to bed after her bath and dinner and then launched myself up into space. I expected to see the Big Blue Ball of Earth, but to my amazement, guess where we live? We live on a speck of dust far far smaller than we’ve ever thought. I was so surprised, but I miscalculated the fuel it took to project myself out of our atmosphere. As I ran out of gas, I shot this picture as fast as possible before rentry was emminent. Here’s the proof.
